HR-System

The HR System is an independent, web-based management platform for handling personnel processes within the community and operates separately from AssiCop. It is designed to manage applications, complaints, and internal procedures in a structured and organized way, while providing a clear overview of all relevant HR workflows in one central interface. The goal of the system is to keep processing transparent, responsibilities well organized, and the entire HR department efficient, professional, and easy to manage.
